Terms and Conditions

We are Success Hub Company operates Jordan Bazaar mobile application. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the App. By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the App

 1. Eligibility 

- You must be at least [18 years old] or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. 

- By creating an account, you confirm you are legally capable of entering binding contracts. 

2. Account Registration 

- Provide accurate and complete information during registration. 

- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. 

- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use. 

 3. Platform Role 

- Multi-Vendor Marketplace: We connect buyers and independent sellers ("Vendors"). We do not own, produce, or control products listed by Vendors. 

- No Endorsement: We are not liable for Vendor actions, product quality, or transaction outcomes. 

 4. User Responsibilities 

- Buyers: 

  - Review Vendor policies (e.g., shipping, refunds) before purchasing. 

  - Pay for orders promptly using approved payment methods. 

- Vendors: 

  - Accurately describe products, pricing, and policies. 

  - Fulfill orders promptly and resolve buyer disputes in good faith. 

  - Comply with all applicable laws (e.g., consumer protection, taxes). 

 5. Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to: 

- List illegal, counterfeit, or hazardous items. 

- Use the App for fraud, spam, or harassment. 

- Reverse-engineer or disrupt the App’s functionality. 

- Infringe intellectual property rights (e.g., trademarks, copyrights). 

 6. Payments and Fees 

- Transaction Fees: Vendors may incur fees for sales processed through the App (disclosed during onboarding). 

- Payment Processing: Payments are handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We are not liable for payment errors or delays. 

- Taxes: Buyers/Vendors are responsible for applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, sales tax). 

 7. Intellectual Property 

- Our Rights: The App’s content (e.g., logos, software) is owned by or licensed to us. 

- User Content: By uploading content (e.g., reviews, product images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for App operations. 

 8. Dispute Resolution 

- Buyer-Vendor Disputes: Attempt to resolve issues directly first. If unresolved, contact our support team at support@jordanBazaar.com. 

- Mediation/Arbitration: Claims against us may require binding arbitration under Jordanian law, waiving the right to a jury trial or class action. 

 9. Termination 

- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. 

- Vendors may terminate their storefront with [5 days] notice. 

 10. Disclaimer of Warranties 

The App is provided as is." We disclaim all warranties, including: 

- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

- Uninterrupted or error-free operation. 

- Accuracy of Vendor listings or third-party content. 

 11. Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for: 

- Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits). 

- Vendor actions, product defects, or delivery issues. 

- Third-party services (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers). 

 12. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 

 13. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material updates via email or in-App notifications.
