Return Policy

We are Success Hub Company, we operates ‘Jordan Bazaar’ mobile application, a multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers ("Vendors"). This Return Policy outlines the terms for returns, Returns, and exchanges. By using the App, you agree to this policy. 

1. General Return Principles 

- Vendor Responsibility: Vendors set their own return/Return policies. Buyers must review the Vendor’s specific policy listed on their store page or product details before purchasing. 

- Platform Role: We facilitate transactions but are not directly responsible for product quality, delivery, or Vendor Return decisions. Disputes between buyers and Vendors should be resolved directly or through our dispute resolution process. 

- Legal Rights: This policy does not override statutory consumer rights under [Jordan consumer rights law].

2. Eligibility for Returns 

Return eligibility depends on the Vendor’s policy and the following conditions: 

- Damaged/Defective Items: Proof (e.g., photos/video) must be provided within [2 days] of delivery. 

- Incorrect Items: A mismatch between the ordered and received product. 

- Non-Delivery: If tracking confirms the item was not delivered. 

- Digital Products: Non-tangible items (e.g., eBooks, software) may not be Returnable unless defective. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

- Perishable or customized products (e.g., personalized items). 

- Products marked "final sale" or explicitly stated as non-Returnable by the Vendor. 

 3. How to Request a Return 

1. Contact the Vendor First: Initiate a Return request directly with the Vendor via the App’s messaging system within [2 days] of delivery. 

2. Submit Evidence: Provide order details, photos, or other proof to support your claim. 

3. Escalate to Platform Support: If unresolved after [4 days], contact our support team at [support@jordanBazaar.com] to mediate. 

 4. Return Process 

- Approved Returns: 

  - Returns are processed by the Vendor or through the original payment method within [2 business days]. 

  - Transaction fees (e.g., payment processing) may be deducted unless the Return is due to Vendor error. 

- Store Credit: Vendors may offer store credit instead of a cash Return, subject to their policy. 

 5. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention 

- Chargeback Abuse: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. Always contact the Vendor or our support team first. 

- Fraudulent Claims: False Return requests will lead to permanent bans from the App. 

 6. Vendor Obligations 

- Vendors must clearly display their return/Return policies on their storefront. 

- Vendors are responsible for issuing Returns or replacements promptly upon agreement. 

- Failure to comply may result in penalties, including removal from the platform. 

 7. Exceptions 

- Force Majeure: Delays/cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters) are not eligible for Returns. 

- Third-Party Delivery Issues: We are not liable for delays/cancellations caused by shipping carriers.
